The FUN FACTOR and it’s consequences at work
Having fun is not an expectation at most workplaces. And yet we know from many different sources, and Csikszentmihalyi’s Flow is just one of those, that having fun while performing a certain task actually makes a huge difference when we look at engagement and workplace satisfaction.
Here is a fascinating conversation about the benefits of having fun while working. I wish every leader would listen to this and truly consider the FUN FACTOR right next to the performance factor when it comes to evaluations.
